We had the pleasure of working with the No1 publication for nurses in the UK – The Nursing Times - to launch a range of careers fairs for nurses in 2017.
The client was approached by their advertising clients to create an event that brought together nurses with recruiters. After conducting detailed target market research with nurses across the UK, we understood their needs around career progression and professional development. We created a concept that showcased recruitment opportunities with job-seeking nurses, but at the same time, provided education and professional development seminars and sessions on e.g. confidence building, CV clinics, assertiveness and interviewing skills, successfully launching 5 events as a regional model across the UK. These events continue to thrive 3 years later. We even added a wonderful pampering zone with massage therapists for the nurses to get a spot of pampering while they were job hunting. This went down an absolute treat!
