We worked with a publishing client who recognised gaps in the team’s ability to identify opportunities for launch events, how those can be integrated with the existing publishing titles and the internal processes of execution from start to finish. We created a 2 day course of research tools and techniques, building the business case which included a session on effective sponsorship and delegate sales processes to help their internal sales teams to draw out the USPs for all their events and insert this into their sales pitches and client conversations to improve sales conversion and drive up sponsorship and delegate sales revenues.
